1998 Gold Bond Draw

The Blue Sky Realty office was alive and bubbling on October 5.  100 eligible clients and their friends enjoyed the sunshine and the First Annual BBQ and Reverse Draw.  Entries were drawn from a barrel in an elimination event which saw the 25th name receiving $500 cash, the 50th name receiving $1000 cash, and the 75th name receiving $1500 cash.  The grand prize winner, the last to be drawn from the barrel received Ten Crisp One Thousand Dollar Bills.  Pictured below are a few of the participants.

Cranbrook Real Estate Homes Online - Poly Gail is now the proud owner of Sharlene's handcrafted porcelain doll, as displayed at the 1997 Cranbrook Kinsmen Trade Fair. Her name "Polly" was voted as "best choice" by a panel of young ladies under 12 years of age.

INTRODUCING NEW DIRECTOR SHARLENE PARKER

Sharlene Parker has been a Realtor for three of the past five years and is now with Coldwell Banker, Cranbrook Agencies Real Estate Ltd. She is a certified Relocation Specialist, primarily working with clients relocating to the Cranbrook area.  Nursing and Hair Dressing were Sharlene's former occupations.

Formerly from Alberta, Sharlene and her husband have lived and raised their family of four children in this part of BC and now boast of seven beautiful grandchildren.  Among her many hobbies, Sharlene likes being involved with Christian Women's clubs, Toastmasters and helping out with her family.  Not being a golfer, she finds her interests in sailing, canoeing and gardening.  She is looking forward to the next couple of years working for the Kootenay Real Estate Board and is available to anyone wishing to call and chat about any of the Board's interests.  You can call her at 250-426-8700 (office) or 250-426-9452 at home or E-mail her at sharlene@cranbrookrealestate.com.
