Tours" to
allow buyers to experience the sight and feel of your home.
In 2002, we created the first 
"Video
Tours" of our special homes. These 2-3 minute film
clips in streaming (no waiting to load) format, are professionally designed to effectively
present the highlights of your home to potential buyers and are
identified on our site by the
"Film Clip symbol.
In addition, for these select homes we can also provide
our own professional "magazine quality" brochure to assist
with the marketing.
